First entry of a random person who likes to discuss topics ranging from sports, enterntainment,politics and religion. I am open to discuss almost anything, and if it doesnt effect my grade to much I pretty much say whats on my mind.

Food stamps,Florida and failed drug test oooh my! On July 1,  Florida will be the first state that will require anyone applying for food stamps to pass a drug test. Some out there think this is a bad idea. "The Man," intruding on poor peoples lives. I think as well as many others, this is a great idea! What has taken so long for a local government to conduct something like this.If the government is going to give you a handout since you really need it you might as well be clean.  Or that $20 dollars you spent on marijuana could have been spent on buying you a ton of Ramen Noodles or some bread. So I applaud Florida I hope more states follow suit.

Last Topic of the evening Id like to discuss is the Quitness, Lebron James. Never before in the NBA have weve seen such a physical specimen. 6'8  260  built like a tank, runs like a gazelle perfect smile. Every physical tool to be the greatest player the NBA has ever seen. Yet, he has the mental make up of a 16 year old, pouts when things dont go his way and dissappears when teams need him most. These NBA Finals are highlighting James faults as once again in a hostile road game Lebron defers shots to teamates and lost his aggressiveness as games wear on . Fans caught a climse of this behavior last year as James who was once part of the Cleveland Caviliers  let his top seeded team be knocked out of the playoffs in six games.  This year new team, new location, new teamates but when the lights are the brightest its the same ol Lebron. For a guy who seems to quit on his team, or plays second fiddle when he supposedly the best player on the planet should we really call this guy "King James?"
